Portal Terms of Use

1. Who we are
The portal at app.jrsttechnology.com/portal is operated by JRST Technology LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at 8th Floor, Plot No. 228/323, Datt Nagar, Bhandewadi, Bagadganj, Nagpur 440008, Maharashtra ("JRST Technology", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the portal you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
2. Accounts
Accounts are for businesses. You must give accurate company details and keep your sign-in email secure. Sign-in codes are sent to your email; anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in as you. We may suspend accounts that give false information or misuse the portal.
3. Quote requests and quotes (buyers)
- A quote request is an enquiry. It does not commit you or us to a sale.
- Our quotes are valid for 3 days from issue unless the quote says otherwise. Prices are in INR, with GST shown separately.
- Prices depend on supplier costs and exchange rates. If the INR moves more than 2% against the supplier's currency before we receive your purchase order, we may revise the quote.
- Accepting a quote in the portal tells us you intend to order. A sale is confirmed only when we issue a proforma invoice and receive your purchase order and any agreed advance. Delivery, payment, warranty and specification terms are those stated on the proforma invoice and the purchase order.
- Product descriptions and catalogue entries are indicative. Final specifications are those agreed in writing for your order.
4. Supplier applications (suppliers)
- Joining the JRST Technology approved-vendor panel follows a multi-round selection. Applying does not guarantee selection or any order.
- You confirm that documents and information you upload are genuine and that you are authorised to share them. We may verify them with third parties.
- Prices you submit in response to a request remain valid for the period you state. Orders are placed only by a written purchase order from JRST Technology.
- Non-circumvention: buyer details are not shared with you through the portal. If you learn the identity of a customer through work with us, you agree not to approach that customer directly for the same or similar products for 24 months without our written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public commercial information (prices, volumes, specifications, documents) confidential and use it only for the purpose of doing business through the portal.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, scrape the portal, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Liability
The portal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, JRST Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the portal. Our total liability relating to the portal itself is limited to INR 10,000. Liability for an order is governed by the terms of that order.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
